INGREDIENTS
Crust:
½ cup margarine
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
Filling:
2 beaten eggs
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ cup gluten free oats
½ cup raisins
¼ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix flour and sugar.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Press into a greased 9”x 9” pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour over prepared crust layer.
Bake for another 20 minutes
