
INGREDIENTS
1 cup salsa
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbs. olive oil
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté the garlic in the olive oil for about 2 minutes.
Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Add the salsa, salt and pepper. Continue to cook, covered, over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
