INGREDIENTS
1 can white flaked tuna in water
¼ tsp lemon pepper
½ tsp GF Italian dressing
1 radish, sliced
1 tsp toasted almond slices

DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Put ¼ of the mixture on each of four lettuce leafs or four brown rice tortillas.
This is a great lunchbox item.
