We are a local bakery in south Florida dedicated to making great tasting gluten and dairy free baked goods! We now offer online ordering and ship our baked goods to all us states!
Our baked goods are gluten,dairy,corn and nut free and include brownies,cookies,cream cakes(faux twinkies) and cupcakes.
The gluten free cookie jar baking co. was founded by nutritionist and baker Randi Rakow. I started baking gluten free due to the high demand for tasty baked goods for those who suffer from celiac and digestive diseases.
I have always had a passion for baking and nutrition. I noticed that the gluten free products on the market all had a gritty chalklike taste! I wanted my cookies and brownies to taste like the real thing! I spent years trying to come up with recipes that would taste even better than the wheat versions!
All of our baked goods are made fresh without hydrogenated oils, trans fat or any preservatives. We use organic ingredients whenever available and take pride in the taste of our baked goods. We don’t use dairy in our baked goods so that those with casien allergies can enjoy them as well. The gluten free cookie jar baking co. was created because “everyone deserves a treat”
