Bob’s Red Mill Biscuit and Baking Mix

I just purchased a package of Bob’s biscuit and baking mix and decided to try them last with with my corn chowder.

I mixed them according to the directions but instead of dropping it by spoonsful onto a baking sheet I filled miniature muffin tins.

They turned out great! We enjoyed them thoroughly.

Next time, I might add a bit of grated cheese.

I recommend Bob’s Red Mill Biscuit and Baking mix.
