INGREDIENTS
1 angel food cake (http://wp.me/prAld-kq)
2 pkg gf raspberry jelly powder
1 pkg frozen raspberries
1 pint whipping cream
1 tsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
Slice the angel food cake into layers.
Mix the jelly powder with the boiling water as per directions on the pkg.
Stir in the frozen berries. (Jelly will thicken)
Whip the cream until it starts to peak.
Whip in the sugar and beat some more. (Soft peaks)
Place the bottom of the angel food cake into a large serving bowl.
Spoon a thin layer of the raspberry mixture over top.
Spoon on a thin layer of whipped cream.
Place the next layer of cake, then berries and cream
Repeat until all used (You should end with whipped cream)
Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves
