GLUTEN FREE AND POSTURAL ALIGNMENT

I received an interesting letter from Frank Parmelee who is a Certified Postural Alignment Specialist in Toledo Ohio.

He said “. Over the last 6 years I have read so many books on physiology, anatomy, nutrition/diet it would be hard to list them all here. I use the public library and the medical library at the University of Toledo .”

He went on to say “By getting my clients GF and alkaline [pH of 7 or more] the results are people with energy to spare and never sick. Proper postural alignment affects all the systems of the human body. I do not separate the physiological from the nutritional; that has to be a marriage for total health. By trial and error I have found the benefits of being GF out-weight any reason to ever eat gluten again. “
