Gluten Free Skin Care – Cheap!

As most of you know, I recently went to a Homeopath and learned some really interesting things.
My skin has been blotchy and rough and dry for as long as I can remember. I have used all kinds of facial scrubs, astringents and creams and lotions over the years and although some improved the look and feel of my skin a small amount, nothing ever really worked.
My homeopath told me to wash my face only with water. (Way less expensive than scrubs and soaps)
She then told me to use Witch Hazel (with a cotton ball) which tones the skin (I paid $6.00 for a large bottle (8oz)
The final step is to put a drop or two of olive oil on my hands and smooth it over my face and neck. (Olive oil is expensive but you only use about 1 ounce per week – still cheaper than most creams and lotions)
The results are incredible. I get very few blemishes. The redness is almost gone. My skin is soft and supple. And the best part is, I don’t drain my bank account!
I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks (I was sceptical at first)
If you also try this regimen, please let me know what you think.
