Grandma Belyea’s Gluten Free Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies

INGREDIENTS
2½ cups peanut butter
2½ cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup chopped peanuts
½ cup Reese’s pieces
½ cup milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixer bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar and eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix in with a spoon.
Drop by tablespoon (or roll into balls and flatten with a fork) onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
