http://www.vixibar.com/I was fortunate enough to have been sent some Vixi Bars to review! I am under no obligation to give a good review – this is my honest opinion of these products.

Peanut Butter Cup
This bar was chewy and satisfying. The peanut butter flavour was incredibly good. I will be buying this flavour for sure!
Peanut Butter & Jelly
I was in heaven eating this bar. I closed my eyes and I believed I was eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich like I did as a kid. I will be buying these as well!
Apple Crisp
These were very good. Again, chewy and satisfying. It really does taste like apple crisp.
Cherry Biscotti
I have never had cherry biscotti but if this is how it tastes, I am sold! YUM!

Chocolate Macaroon
Chewy, chocolaty, coconutty and delicious!

I highly recommend these bars. They would be the perfect snack to take along to school, work, hiking or whatever. (Be sure you don’t take the peanut butter bars to school)
No sugar added, gluten free, soy free lactose free, no preservatives, non-GMO, good source of fiber and high in protein!
I had a hard time not eating them all after I tried the first one.
I will be placing my order – you should too.
