This pie makes it’s own crust!
¼ cup butter or soy free substitute
1 cup coconut palm sugar
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour mix
4 large apples
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
Beat in the egg.
Mix in the cinnamon, flour and salt.
Stir until smooth.
Fold in the apples and spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until browned.
