Gluten Free Coconut bread

INGREDIENTS

WET

6 Eggs

½ cup melted coconut oil

2 tbs agave nectar

DRY

½ tsp sea salt

¾ cup coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

Blend the wet ingredients together in one bowl. 

Then combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. 

Stir it into the wet ingredients until all lumps are gone. 

Pour into greased bread pan and bake at 350ºF  for 40 minutes.
