Gluten Free Fettuccini Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup margarine

1 cup heavy cream

1 clove garlic, minced

1 ½ cups parmesan cheese, grated

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat.

Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cheese and whisk – be quick!

Heat through while you whisk.

Stir in parsley and serve over GF fettuccini noodles.

Variations:

Add 1/2 cup chopped broccoli

Add 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken breast meat.
