Gluten Free Puerto Rican Chicken With Rice

INGREDIENTS

6 chicken legs

2 cans tomato sauce

2 tbs garlic powder

2 cups water

1 tbs salt

2 cups uncooked brown rice

DIRECTIONS

In a large pot, add tomato sauce, water, garlic and salt.

Mix well.

Skin the chicken and add to the pot.

Cook over medium heat for one hour.

Cook rice.

Pour chicken and sauce over rice and serve.
