Gluten Free Buttertart Squares




½ cup butter (or dairy free non-soy substitute)

1 cup gluten free all purpose flour

2 tbsp coconut palm sugar


2 beaten eggs

½ tsp baking powder

1 ½ cups brown sugar

½ cup certified gluten free oats

½ cup raisins

¼ tsp salt


Mix flour and sugar.

Cut in butter until crumbly.

Press into a greased 9”x 9” pan.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

Mix all ingredients well.

Pour over prepared crust layer.

Bake for another 20 minutes
