Gluten Free Six Layer Dinner

Place 2 cups of sliced raw potatoes in bottom of a greased casserole dish.

Then layer 2 cups chopped celery,

2 cups cooked lean ground beef

1/2 cup diced onions

1 cup diced green peppers

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and then cover with 2 cans of diced tomatoes.

Bake 350 degrees F. for 2 hours.

Serves 6-8
