Gluten Free Carrot Bread

 THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOUR BREAD MAKER BUT I USE THE MIX ONLY SETTING AND BAKE IT IN MY CONVENTIONAL OVEN AT 350°F   –   45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR.

 

INGREDIENTS

3 cups gluten free all purpose flour

2 ¼ tsp xanthan gum

3 tbs brown sugar

1 ½ tsp egg replacer

1 ½ tsp unflavoured gelatin

3 tbs almond meal

4 ½ tbs dry milk powder

¾ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup grated carrot

2 ¼ tsp yeast

 

3 eggs

4 ½ tbs butter

¾ tsp vinegar

1 1/8 cups warm water

 

FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS THAT CAME WITH YOUR BREAD MAKER.

 

          All Purpose Flour

1 cup rice flour

1 cup tapioca flour

1 cup cornstarch

1 tsp potato flour (not potato starch)
