1/3 cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cups GF cornflakes crushed fine
Melt the butter.
Add sugar and crumbs.
Mix well and press into bottom of greased spring form pan.
1 lb. GF cream cheese (500g)
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sour cream
Cream together the cheese and the sugar.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla
Add sour cream.
Mix well and pour into pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave the cake in for 30 minutes longer.
When cooled, top with you favourite fruit.
