Gluten Free Zucchini Casserole

INGREDIENTS
5 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 cup brown rice
1 cup water

Mix and place in buttered casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.

You can make this ahead and keep in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
