3 tbs. butter 2 cups milk
2 tbs. gluten free all purpose flour 1/8 tsp pepper (optional)
1 tsp. salt 1 ½ ups grated cheddar
Melt butter over low heat.
Add flour and seasoning.
Stir until well blended.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Add grated cheese and stir until all the cheese is melted.
Makes 2 ½ cups
Add chopped jalapenos and pour over tortilla chips.
