Gluten Free Egg Noodles

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups all-purpose GF flour mix (see below)

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp GF baking powder   

4 egg yolks

DIRECTIONS

Mix dry ingredients well.

Add egg yolks and mix until everything is moistened.

Press into a ball and cut into quarters.

Roll on a floured board (use a small amount of the GF flour mix).  You should roll it very thin.

Using a sharp knife, slice the dough into thin strips.

Lay out on a clean tea towel until dry.

To cook them, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for about 5 minutes or until el dente.

Serve under beef stroganoff or meatballs. 

OR

If you want to add noodles to soup, just drop them in about 5  minutes before serving.

Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Mix

1 cup rice flour

1 cup tapioca flour

1 cup cornstarch

3 tsp potato flour (Not potato starch)
