Gluten Free Coleslaw Dressing

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup white vinegar

¼ cup milk

1-2 tbs. horseradish paste

¼ cup sugar

salt and pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix together milk and vinegar and allow to stand 10 minutes.

Stir in mayo, sugar, horseradish and salt and pepper.

Pour over grated cabbage and carrot.

Chill for at least 2 hours.
