Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

4 cups (Sam Mills) elbow macaroni (Or your favourite GF pasta)

2 eggs

2 cups milk

4 cups shredded cheddar

¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles until al dente. (8-10 minutes)

Drain and pour into a large casserole dish.

Mix in half of the cheese.

Beat eggs and mix in milk.

Put remaining cheese, and egg mixture over noodles.

Bake for 1 hour.
