Gluten Free Flourless Pie Crust


1 1/4 cups almond meal
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp (approximately) of icy water


Combine almond flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

Stir in coconut oil and mix until mixture is crumbly.

Mix in water, 1 tbsp at a time, until a dough is formed.

Roll out and place in a pie dish.

Fill with pie filling.

Bake at 450ºF  for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.


This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to roll out.
