Gluten Free “Red River Cereal” Substitute

INGREDIENTS

1 part flax seeds

1 part teff

1 part amaranth

1 part quinoa

DIRECTIONS

Soak ½ cup of grains mix in 1 ½ cups water over night.

Add ¼ tsp salt and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes.

Serve hot with a tsp of brown sugar and a tbs of cream.

Serves one.
