Gluten Free Impossible Beef’n’Cheddar Pie


1 lb. ground beef 1 onion – chopped

1 ½ cups milk

3 eggs

¾ cup GF all purpose flour mix 2 large tomatoes – sliced

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Brown beef and onion in a large skillet.

Transfer beef to a 10”pie plate.

Add salt and pepper.

In a medium bowl, beat together milk, eggs and flour until smooth.

Pour over beef.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes, then cheese and bake another 5 -8 minutes.

Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Goes well with mashed potatoes or rice but be adventurous and try whatever you like.
