Gluten free/milk free/egg free pie crust


 1 cup walnuts

1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut

 6 pitted dates


 Place coconut and walnuts in a blender and blend until it is powdered.

Chop your dates fine and add them to the nut mixture.

Blend until mixture sticks together. Press into a glass pie plate.

This recipe works well for lemon meringue, banana cream, chocolate cream, coconut cream and many other no-bake pies.
