Gluten free/Egg free Chocolate Chip Cookies


¾ cup margarine

1 ¼ cups brown sugar

¼ cup white sugar

¼ cup egg replacer

2 ¼ cups GF all purpose flour mix

1 ½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 bag of chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375°F

Grease a cookie sheet

In your mixer bowl, cream margarine and sugars.

Gradually add egg replacer, mixing well after each addition.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonful onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes.

Allow cookies to cool before removing from the cookie sheet.
