Peanut Butter Crispy Snacks

INGREDIENTS

½  cup peanut butter
½  cup agave
½  cup chopped nuts
½  tsp vanilla extract
½  tsp cinnamon
2 cups gluten free Crispy Brown Rice Cereal

Coconut for rolling

 DIRECTIONS

Mix peanut butter, agave, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Add cereal and stir gently until cereal is well coated.

Use a melon baller to form balls.

Roll balls in coconut.

May require refrigeration to hold shape.
