Quinoa Breakfast

INGREDIENTS

½ cup quinoa

1 cup water

1 cup almond milk

2 tbs ground flax

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbs unsalted sunflower seeds

¼ cup berries (your favourite)

DIRECTIONS

Bring quinoa and water to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and rinse with warm water.

Spoon mixture into a cereal bowl.

Pour in milk and top with flax, cinnamon, sunflower seeds and berries.
