Gluten Free Brazilian Cheese Buns

INGREDIENTS

1 egg (room temperature)

1/3 cup olive oil

2/3 cup milk

1 ½ cups tapioca flour

½ cup grated medium cheddar cheese (packed)

½ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grease a mini-muffin tin.

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and using the pulse setting blend until smooth.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. They will be puffy and golden.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
