½ cup margarine, softened
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup GF flour mix
¾ cup GF rolled oats
2/3 cup flax seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup raisins
Cream together, margarine and sugar.
Beat in egg.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and stir into margarine mixture.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for about 11 minutes.
