1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
4 tbs Pesto
8 oz of uncooked gf rotini pasta (I prefer corn pasta)
¼ cup feta cheese
Make pasta following instructions on package.
Cook chicken in frying pan, on medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
When chicken is cooked through, turn heat down.
Add cooked, drained pasta to chicken and stir in pesto.
Serve in pasta bowls and sprinkle with feta.
