Roasted New Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

2 lb new potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces

2 tbs oil

2cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp rosemary, chopped fine

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp parsley, chopped fine

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450ºF

Mix, in a small bowl or measuring cup, oil, herbs, and garlic.

Pour over potatoes and toss until well coated.

On a large baking sheet, spread potatoes in a single layer.

Bake 40 minutes or until golden.

Serve hot.
