Greek Wraps

INGREDIENTS

½ cup feta

1 large, ripe avocado, chopped

½ cup onion, chopped fine

1 small cucumber, cut into cubes

3 tbs. black olives, pitted and sliced

1 red bell pepper cut into slivers

2 tbs. yogurt

2 large tomatoes, sliced

2 tsp lime juice

½ tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

Create wraps using tortillas or lettuce leaves.
