1 can creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
3 tbs GF all-purpose flour mix
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp hot paprika
In a medium sized bowl, stir together corn and egg.
In a measuring cup, mix together the dry ingredients.
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonsful into hot oil. (I use a deep skillet and put about an inch of oil.)
