Garlic Lover’s Mayo


1 large egg

3 tbs vinegar

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp dry mustard powder

1 ¼ cups olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp lemon juice


In your blender, blend the egg, vinegar, spices and 2 tbs oil

Slowly add remaining oil and turn off blender as soon as it is mixed in.

Transfer to an air-tight container and stir in the garlic and lemon juice.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Chicken Garlic Wraps


1 large cooked, skinless, boneless, chicken breast cut into strips.

1 large green pepper, cut into strips

1 large red pepper, cut into strips

1 large onion, diced

4 lettuce leaves

Garlic lover’s mayo

4 tortillas **


On each tortilla, spread a goodly amount of garlic lover’s mayo.

In the center of each, arrange one fourth of each of the other ingredients.

Roll up as you would a fajita and enjoy.

** There are rice tortillas available for those who live gluten free.
