Crumby Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

6 medium tomatoes, sliced ½” thick

½ cup rice bread crumbs

¼ tsp rosemary

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp lemon pepper

2 tbs margarine

DIRECTIONS

Set oven rack to a few inches from the broiler element and turn on the broiler.

Lightly grease a broiler pan and arrange tomato slices on it.

Mix remaining ingredients and spread on tops of tomatoes.

Broil until tomatoes are fork tender.

Serve hot.
