4 small chicken breasts
4 pineapple rings
1 green pepper, cut into 4 rings
Aunt Jayne’s BBQ Sauce
Fire up the BBQ to medium.
Place each chicken breast on a square of aluminum wrap.
Place a pineapple ring on top of each breast.
Place a green pepper ring on top of each pineapple ring.
Brush each with a generous amount of Aunt Jayne’s BBQ Sauce.
Fold up top and bottom of the foil.
Fold up sides of foil and seal.
Place packets on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pierce the packets before opening to allow the steam to escape.
Serve with brown rice and salad.
