Oat Pastry

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cups finely ground GF oats

1 cup margarine (or your favourite substitute)

1 tbs sugar

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients well.

Press into a 9” pie shell.

If your recipe calls for a baked pie shell and it is going to be baked once filled, bake at 350ºF for about 5 minutes.

If you need a baked pie shell for a pie that does not get baked after it is filled, bake at 350ºF until golden brown.  About 15 minutes.
