5 plum tomatoes
1 cup hulled hemp seeds
1 cup firm tofu (or feta cheese)
2 tbsp finely chopped basil
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
⅛ tsp cayenne
Cut the tomatoes in half, lengthwise.
Scoop out the tomatoes.
Place the stuff you scooped out along with all of the other ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth
Stuff the blender mixture into the tomatoes and serve.
