2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp water
¼ cup gluten free all purpose flour mix
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp poultry seasoning
2 tbs. oil
¾ cup gluten free chicken broth
¼ tsp lemon peel
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
Beat egg and water together.
In a flat dish, combine flour and seasonings.
Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture.
Brown the chicken in the oil.
Add the broth, peel and lemon juice and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken and thicken the remaining liquid with the left over flour mixture.
To serve, pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve on a bed of brown rice and veggies.
