I would encourage you to do anything and everything that you can today to help spread gluten-free and Celiac awareness. You can blog about it, talk to local papers, talk to restaurant owners, or even ask to speak with your local grocery store manager. You might be surprised at how many people want to find out more information about Celiac Disease and living gluten-free!
