Gluten Free Corn Fritters

INGREDIENTS

1 can creamed corn

1 egg

1 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

¾ cup gluten free all purpose flour mix

Oil for cooking

DIRECTIONS

It a small bowl, beat the egg.

Mix in the creamed corn.

Mix in dry ingredients.

Heat a small amount of oil to about 375°F in a large skillet. (Or you can use a deep fryer)

Drop batter by tablespoon into the hot oil.

Cook until golden.

Serve hot.
