1 pkg cream cheese, softened (8oz.)
1/3 cup sugar
1 unbaked 9” pie shell (Gluten free)
1 ½ cups pecan pieces
2 eggs lightly beaten
¼ cup sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine cream cheese, egg and 1/3 cup sugar.
Beat on medium until fluffy.
Pour into pie crust and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the pecan pieces over the cream cheese layer.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pecans
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
