¾ cup certified gluten free oats
¾ cup flaked unsweetened coconut
2/3 cup butterscotch chips
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup unsalted peanuts
½ cup slivered almonds
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Generously grease a glass 13” X 9” baking pan.
Spread oats evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Evenly spread the butterscotch chips over the oats.
Do the same thing with the chocolate chips, peanuts and slivered almonds.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the last layer.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Cool completely and cut into bars.
