Gluten Free Tuna Wraps

INGREDIENTS
2 rice tortillas
1 can tuna (packed in water), drained
½ small onion, minced
1 tbs. mayonnaise
1 lettuce leaf shredded
2 tbs shredded cheddar

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, onion and mayo.
Place half of the mixture on each tortilla.
Sprinkle half the shredded lettuce and half the cheese over each.
Roll up like a burrito.
Cut in half and place a toothpick in each half to keep them from unrolling.
Makes a great lunch!
