Aunt Jayne’s Cheese Ball

2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese (be sure it is gluten free)
1 small onion, minced
½ lb cooked chicken (or ham) (ground up fine)
½ tsp GF Worcestershire sauce
1 cup pecan crumbs
1 drop GF hot sauce

In a large mixer bowl, whip softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add onion, meat, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Line a small bowl with cling film.
Using a spatula, pour the mixture into the lined bowl.
Refrigerate one to two hours.
Roll the chilled mixture in the pecan crumbs.
Serve with gluten free crackers.
