No Crust Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
½ cup gluten free biscuit mix
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup butter (or substitute)
⅓ cup semisweet chocolate morsels
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9” pie plate.
In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except the nuts.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared pie plate.
Sprinkle nuts over top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve.

  1. I have never tried it but I am sure it would work. I have had several recipes from friends and family over the years that used the real bisquick mix and my mix works. We can’t get the GF Bisquick in Canada yet 😦
