3 cups certified gluten free quick cooking oats.
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbs. brown sugar
¼ cup chopped dried apple pieces.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place ½ cup of mixture into each of 7 containers with lids.
When ready to eat, mix contents of 1 container with ¼ cup boiling water.
Omit cinnamon and change apple pieces with dried blueberries, cherries, cranberries or any other dried fruit chopped into small pieces.
